At BadPR by Cevis Technologies Limited ("BadPR"), we are committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within 48 hours: If you cancel your service within 48 hours of payment and no work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe (without valid reason or communication), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Significant quality issues: If our deliverables substantially fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications and we cannot rectify the issues after reasonable attempts, a partial refund may be considered.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- After work has commenced and more than 48 hours have passed since payment
- If you have approved or accepted deliverables
- For reasons outside our control (e.g., visa denials, job application rejections)
- If you fail to provide required information or feedback in a timely manner
- If you violate our Terms and Conditions
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where services have been partially delivered or where work has already commenced, we may offer a partial refund based on the proportion of services not yet delivered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@badpr.org with your order details and reason for the refund request
- Include your name, service purchased, date of purchase, and payment method
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
6. Administrative Fee
An administrative fee of 10% may be deducted from refunds for services where work has already commenced, to cover processing costs and initial consultations.
7. Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you experience an unexpected situation not covered by this policy, please contact us, and we will review your case individually.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
